In light of the ongoing opioid crisis, our goal is to revolutionize pain management by developing novel analgesics that are highly effective but lack addictive potential and adverse side effects.
Our Science
pHarm Therapeutics Inc. synthesizes novel analgesics that are pH sensitive, tests these compounds in preclinical pain models to demonstrate their analgesic efficacy and safety and tests these drugs in clinical trials.
Our prototype analgesic drugs are ready for ADMET and IND studies. New compounds are being tested and potential benefits for treating inflammation and cancer are being explored.
